How Iridium handles LinkedIn rate limits

Iridium is built to help you get your tasks done while your account stays within LinkedIn's rate limits. It does this by giving you a set number of actions per day.

When your agent queues more than a day allows, the extra actions are not dropped and not sent in a burst. They are scheduled for the next day and go out in order. You lose a day, not the task.

Why limits live on the server

Limits are enforced on Iridium's server, the same for the web app and for every agent. A prompt can't raise them, so neither can an agent that is being over-eager on your behalf.

Why we trade speed for staying within limits

A tool that sends everything at once finishes fast and risks your account. Iridium finishes a little later and stays within the limits. Your agent can see what is queued, so it can tell you "these will go out tomorrow" instead of failing silently.

The numbers

Outreach, comments and connection invites each have their own limit. The current values are in the security and data table, so this page doesn't go stale.
